1. Payment to IT Certifications -PHX can be made through Paypal.

Please Note:

Within 24 hours of your making the payment, we will provide you the service for which the payment was made via a welcome e-mail containing your login information
At times enrollment emails sent from itcertsphx.com may go to your Bulk/Junk Email folder. So, you are requested to look up emails in that folder if you expect an enrollment email from customersupport@itcertsphx.com. In the event that you do not receive your login information within 24 hours please e-mail customersupport@itcertsphx.com and the welcome e-mail will be resent

3. Course Cancellation. On-line courses may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received within 72 hours of enrollment and the training materials have not been accessed by the student. A refund of the enrollment fee minus a $150 cancellation fee will be processed within 3 business days.

4. Information about your enrollment may be provided to co-workers in your company who ask for a reference for our course.

5. IT Certifications -PHX will not distribute your personal information to any third party marketing database or disclose personal details to anyone EXCEPT on a case to case basis after proper verification of the person requesting the information or in case of legal requirements. Your personal information could be used for informing you of other courses being provided by IT Certifications - PHX.
